Luisa Alemany is Associate Professor of Management Practice at London Business School and Academic Director of its Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital. Formerly at ESADE and a Visiting Professor at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, she is also a Fellow at St Hugh’s College, University of Oxford.
Margaret Cameron-Waller
Margaret Cameromn-Waller joined the LBS Board in 2020 to advance women into leadership roles. An LSE Economics graduate with extensive expertise in financial and professional services, she has held senior roles at PwC, Booz & Co (now Strategy&), and Prudential and is currently a senior leader at Source Global Research.
Rachel Clarke
Rachel is a marketing and communications specialist focused on partnerships between business and the not-for-profit sector, particularly in arts and culture. She founded her agency, Albright Special, in 2015 and leads long-term, award-winning campaigns for blue-chip financial and professional services clients. Based in Camden, she also volunteers in adoption support.
Abigail Sater
Aneeta Rattan
Dr. Aneeta Rattan is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School and a leading expert on mindsets, diversity, and belonging in the workplace. Dr. Rattan has received multiple awards for teaching and research and her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times and New York Times. A graduate of Columbia and Stanford Universities, she is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, and Associate Editor at the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology: Attitudes and Social Cognition.
Vimmi Singh
An LBS MBA and qualified Chartered Accountant, Vimmi is a leadership coach to C-suite clients and serves on the board of UK education institutions. She began her career in financial services, including as a manager at India’s first venture capital fund, and later co-founded DAWN to support women’s professional development. She splits her time between London and Singapore.
Ash Booth
Dr. Ash Booth is an entrepreneur and AI leader, currently heading the Applied AI team for JP Morgan’s Markets business. With nearly a decade of experience building AI and data science teams across global investment banks, he began his career during a PhD focused on machine learning for algorithmic trading, consulting for hedge funds and investment firms. He also serves on the LBS Women in Business Advisory Board, championing allyship and gender equity in business.
