Equall is the leading forum in Europe for the next generation of leaders promoting the exchange of information, ideas and experiences at the forefront of gender equality in the workplace. The agenda promises access to influential individuals and practical steps that will inspire and guide those future leaders and the wider business community to build an equal future, in business and beyond.

Women in Business hosts professional growth events which aim to best set our members and the wider community up for success in their career beyond LBS. Events and programs including Digital Wave: a Consulting Panel, IB Women Breakfast, Women Innovators Program, Food & Beverage Startup Expo, and SQL workshops.

Our personal development masterclass series teaches important skills and habits that will bolster the hard skills learned in class and empower participants to be more successful in both their careers and personal lives. Last year’s speakers ranging from a renowned endurance athlete to the host of UK’s #1 business podcast.

The Women in Business calendar is packed with community-building, charity and social events. This includes the 1st Year Welcome BBQ (co-hosted with LBS OiB), UN Women Equality Ball (our signature black tie event benefitting UN Women), Charity Auction, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defence Workshop, and many more.
